Return Policy

We want you to love every single order.

If for any reason you're not completely happy we've got you covered.

Our policy:

• 30 days from date of delivery to request a return or exchange
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Simply email us at hello.novaden@gmail.com with your order number and reason

Damaged or defective items:
If your item arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no need to return the item.

Refunds:
Once your return is approved your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items:
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned.

How to start a return:
Email hello.novaden@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Your reason for returning
• A photo if the item is damaged

We'll get back to you within 24 hours and sort everything out.
