How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. We process all orders within 24 hours of purchase. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

What if my item arrives damaged or doesn't work?
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello.novaden@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Can I return my order?
Yes. We offer a 30 day return policy. Item must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us first and we'll walk you through the process.

My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days contact us and we'll investigate immediately. We always make it right.
